May 25, 2024 · Richmond (27-31) came back to defeat Saint Joseph's 14-6 to advance to the 2024 Atlantic 10 Conference Championship games on Saturday. This will be UR's second time in three seasons, that UR had advanced to the A-10 Championship. In the first semifinal game, VCU quickly jumped out to a 8-0 on Richmond in the first four innings and didn't look back.
