For a long time, Crumble Undead has not only been iconic, but has also been a really effective spell in general against opponents of the Undead variety. In fact, this spell is a go-to option for most players with the level and runes to use it versus Undead opponents in the early and mid-game.
Naturally, I assumed that crumble undead (you know, the spell specifically made to kill these monsters) would be the best spell to use. Apparently, with the recent combat changes, wind bolt is now more dps than crumble undead on these undead monsters.
If you’ve got masori, dhcb etc it can actually be a dps loss to spec first, as the kills are pretty quick. If you’re still running with void, then yeah spec is worth. If you are doing multiple kill trips - yeah its worth/nice to bring it. Brings down the kill average by a bit.
Jun 17, 2024 · The boss here can be tricky but you can safely spot them using the Crumble Undead spell to make the fight significantly easier to finish. This part is important as it will get you to the Crafting level required for the second to the last step. Next, raise Smithing to 30 and Herblore to 18.
