Tony Shalhoub, Traylor Howard, Ted Levine, and Jason Gray-Stanford reprised their roles as the main characters. A DVD of the season was released on March 16, 2010.

One of the best TV procedurals of its generation, Monk ran for eight seasons and delivered hundreds of cases in which Mr. Monk would defy all odds and solve the most difficult cases.
