  5. 1 day ago · (Fixed!) Solution was pretty simple. I found out that if I move my mouse a lot or even when I was in the options menu that my micro stutter rate was at 60%. Go to your mouse drivers and turn your polling rate from 4000 to 1000 if you have a 4k polling rate mouse!!! Same here. Been looking to add context for others and posting my fix.
