Polyester (1981) - John Waters comedy, released in "Odorama" (see comments) "Odorama" was a play on a William Castle-style gimmick. Along with your ticket, you'd get a numbered scratch and sniff card. During the course of the movie a number would appear onscreen and you'd start and sniff the corresponding section of your card to smell the scene.
