May 3, 2024 · SART-Phase III is between Waterman Avenue in San Bernardino and California Street in Redlands. Construction began in September of 2023 and is projected to be completed in December of 2024. The Santa Ana River Trail is sponsored by the San Bernardino County Regional Parks Department.

May 8, 2024 · The trail continues on La Palma and you pass another burger joint with a public phone in a small mall. I have seen people park their cars in the mall and take the bike trail from there. Here, you ride down the trail. At the bottom is an observation spot and more walking areas along the river. Looking up the trail from the observation area.
