Uncanny X-Men, originally published as The X-Men, is an American comic book series published by Marvel Comics since 1963, and is the longest-running series in the X-Men comics franchise. It features a team of superheroes called the X-Men, a group of mutants with superhuman abilities led and taught by Professor X .

Apr 25, 2024 · Marvel Comics has revealed new details surrounding Uncanny X-Men #1, set to relaunch the series on August 7th. Written by Gail Simone with art by David Marquez, the series is part of Marvel’s Ashes era for the X-Men line.
Uncanny X-Men is an ongoing title starring the X-Men. It was created in September, 1963 by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and after a brief hiatus, relaunched in 1975 by Chris Claremont and Dave Cockrum. It is often regarded as the flagship book of the X-Men line.
Following Giant-Size X-Men #1 and the introduction of the "all-new, all-different" team, new stories began with #94. Although the title was cancelled with #544, the series restarted with a new number #1 one month later. 18 numbered annuals, followed by 7 annuals numbered by the years in which they were published.
