May 2, 2024 · Lufthansa used to be good, united is so much better. My flight at 8:40 AM was rebooked to 5:50 AM and I checked the website where I saw you could still purchase the one at 8, basically they rebooked me for no reason. The rebooked flight had a 7 hour layover with no seats I could sit on in the airport and the lounge was also full.

NOTNINJA1. No response for over 5 weeks on my claim. Lufthansa has really gone downhill. My wife and I were involuntarily bumped from a flight from flight 410 from Munich to JFK. They rebooked us 5 hours later to London the from London to American airline to JFK . This nightmare made our 14 hour travel day into a 33 hour travel day.
