According to Creative Assemble, updates are being prioritized for Total War: Pharaoh and Total War: Warhammer III, which will ditch paid downloadable content and provide free content instead.
May 7, 2024 · Total War: WARHAMMER III - Hotfix 5.0.2. Greetings! We've just rolled out Hotfix 5.0.2 to tackle some more issues that arose since the launch of Update 5.0 and Thrones of Decay, including the instability issues mentioned last week. Here's what we've got:
1 day ago · One of the most basic things they can do is to have some lores of magic be restricted certain caster heroes, such as Truthsayers from Albion being able to use the lores of Heaven and High magic, as well as maybe Shadow, Life and maybe Beasts I guess. And they could probably play around with a few other caster heroes from other races.

Based on the three-headed guard dog Cerberus from Greek mythology, Karanak is the guardian of Khorne’s Throne of Brass and the Blood God’s most favored hound.
