2 days ago · Basic itinerary is to do time in Tokyo on arrival (2 days) and before departure (2 days), 3-4 days in each of Takayama area (including a night in an onsen/roykan), 3 days in Kyoto, 2 nights in Osaka. The only absolutely fixed date is the 5th of October in Osaka to see Masayoshi Takanana play (my teenage son is a super-fan).
