Jul 1, 2024 · Jul 1, 2024, 10:37 PM. From our observations Tirana and Shkodra are flat and very walkable. Gjirokaster is very steep and hard walking to get to the Castle. Likewise walking to Berat castle. Pretty sure they accessible by car to make it easier.
