So I just got a mac pro 2.8 and I've ran into the 403 forbidden problem when trying to download the el capitan OS x via wifi. From my understanding the way to manually do it is with a bootable USB. From my understanding you need a mac to format and create the bootable. Problem is, I don't own nor know anyone who has one.
