In Plain Sight 2 is a stealth-based action game all about stealing! Join the mafia as a Thief and steal as many valuables as possible from various maps and escape without getting caught, or enforce the law as a Cameraman and bust criminals with state-of-the-art surveillance technology and shut down the heist!
Thieves are one of two teams in In Plain Sight 2, which is randomly selected whenever a new round begins, with the other team being Cameras. The main objective as a thief is to steal items from maps without being spotted and downed by a camera.
Complex is a large map, consisting of a jewelry store, laundromat, apartment complex, and an outdoor alley. It features a working elevator, interactive cooking minigames, various interactables, and more. It was introduced in the v2.9.0 update on September 23rd, 2023.

Oct 12, 2019 · Thieves' moneybags should no longer drop while not in game. Cameras going to the same location at the same time no longer permanently close a location. Some items on the Mall map can now be correctly picked up. Spam clicking the purchase camera button no longer causes visual glitches.

Witch is a Rare camera. Its passive ability, Hallow's Curse, locates a random thief periodically. Additionally, it has the Explosive Shot active ability, which shoots a laser with a wider blast radius but reloads after each shot. Keep on the lookout for any thieves that emit green smoke.
