May 14, 2024 · Provided your pictures are contained in the backup, they will restore. If by backup you mean that you simply enabled sync, then anything on your device is all that is available to you. You can always restore from your other backups that you keep elsewhere. Most off my photos and videos disappeared after backing up my phone and syncing my photos.
