Several things I only care about with the next model or future kirby's in general: 1. No more sentria look. 2. No more black or grey color schemes. 3. shamppo system needs to be reworked and scaled down in overall size.
So far I've come across: -A G4 Tech Drive with attachments and shampooing system for $50. -A G3 with attachments for $45. -A Sentria with attachments and shampooing attachment for $100. -An Avalir with attachments and shampooing system for $100. 4 days ago · There will never be a new Kirby model, except color changes. It's not realistic to think there's enough sales to put the millions of dollars into tooling for a new model. Kirby's heyday is long past. To borrow a line from a classic Who song: "Meet the new (Kirby), same as the old (Kirby)".

I'm partial to my Electrolux 1205. My grandmother bought it new in 1969. The only thing that has failed was the fabric/plastic hose eventually deteriorated and cracked. Luckily Aerus still makes a vacuum with parts that work for a 1205, so the hose was easily replaced.
