5 days ago · I made a ticket to roblox 6 days ago. 4 days ago, I got a response, acknowledging everything my ticket was about etc. They promised to respond within 48 hours MAX. It has now been (as said) more than 2x the supposed “maximum” time limit; what should I do? Have they “forgotten it”? I have checked all my extra folders like spam bin etc ...

May 25, 2024 · What is the issue? I fell for the bookmark scam which changes email, password, age and everything and now I can’t seem to do anything like view my account settings or change group ownership. What solutions have you tried so far? Contacting Roblox support and looking for tutorials.
Nobody seems to be having this issue but when I try to submit a support ticket through the website and I complete the captcha it says "Something went wrong, please try again later." and doesn't send any notification to my email, I have tried using 2 other devices, multiple browsers, VPNs and turning to 4G on my phone from WiFi.

Roblox account support. Account Help. I lost my roblox account by a scam, they changed the Gmail and Password, I contacted Roblox support and one told me this, (I don't speak much English so I didn't understand as much) I lost my account and I won't see it again? or is there any other way to recover it?
