Random De-activation. I was a 4.93 shopper with all five stars except for two four stars. Today, I found out I was deactivated for shopper stats that remained below the minimum standard of service. WTF. I only did one delivery this week. So nuts. Idk how tf someone manages to be late so much, but that none of my biz. They look at all your stats.

Shoppers shop for customers' orders and deliver them, while Drivers (which only operate out of a select list of partner stores) deliver batches of packages on a predetermined route, much like a standard mail delivery person.
