The only good mirror universe episodes are the ones from TOS and ENT. I don’t like the Discovery venture there and DS9 did it way too much. Honestly that’s just about my only criticism of DS9. I will throw in kudos to VOY for coming up with a way (Living Witness) to do a mirror universe type episode but in a new and creative way.
Now if this theory is true, perhaps as a result that Sinclair/Philip further into that Mirror World is able to fully develop his E.G.O. (maybe it could be a higher up-tie even?) which would be cool to see the Wax Knight Fully realized. Though with that thought, the follow up of who is the Cello in that Mirror Universe is there.
