May 17, 2024 · A bomb threat to Madras High School prompted the school to be evacuated Thursday morning. The Jefferson County 509J School District says the threat call came in to 911 sometime during the school's first period. Concerned parents showed up outside the school but weren't allowed on school property as the kids were in lockdown.
