I love the premise of a former delinquent becoming a teacher. Onizuka has a pretty cool backstory and design too. The foundation is more than solid. But he is a pedophile 👎 I cannot comprehend how this is such an acclaimed anime, yet the main guy is 100%, with no room for interpretation, a weirdo.
