May 9, 2022 · news. Let’s Meet Mark Sadoski. His entry “Spearhead Mesa Storm Light, Monument Valley” won 1st Place for the Semi-Professional Division in our 2022 Spring Judged Show. My sole show entry was a photograph entitled “Spearhead Mesa Storm Light, Monument Valley”.
Mark Sadoski, PhD, is Professor and Distinguished Research Fellow in the College of Education and Human Development at Texas A&M University. He holds joint appointments in the Department of Teaching, Learning, and Culture, and the Department of Educational Psychology.

Mark Sadoski developed an early interest in art through drawing and painting. He embraced photography in college and was inspired by meeting the great landscape photographer Ansel Adams at an exhibition of Adams’ work. Since then, he has focused his lens on landscapes, especially in the West.
