In the mid-1970s, while still a teacher, he won a British TV talent contest, New Faces, with a comedy double act called "Mr Carline & Mr Walling."

Jul 3, 2020 · We can confirm that our much loved and valued client, Mike Walling, has sadly died, aged 69. David Daly had represented him since the early 1980s when he was very well known for his roles in such comedy series as Brush Strokes with Karl Howman.
