Grudge Match is a 2013 American sports comedy film directed by Peter Segal. The film stars Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro as aging boxers stepping into the ring for one last bout. Stallone and De Niro have both previously been in successful boxing films ( Rocky and Raging Bull, respectively) and worked together in Cop Land.

The Grudge Match is a 1991 syndicated television game show that invited feuding people to settle their issues in a boxing ring using various implements of revenge. The show was presided over by Steve Albert and Jesse "The Body" Ventura, with Albert calling the action and Ventura as the colour commentator.
A pair of aging boxing rivals are coaxed out of retirement to fight one final bout, thirty years after their last match. Henry "Razor" Sharp and Billy "The Kid" McDonnen are two boxers who thirty years ago were rivals.
