Maxine Sullivan (May 13, 1911 – April 7, 1987), born Marietta Williams in Homestead, Pennsylvania, United States, was an American jazz vocalist and performer. As a vocalist, Sullivan was active for half a century, from the mid-1930s to just before her death in 1987.

Maxine retired briefly in the '50s following a long solo career, and worked as a nurse & became active in Bronx community affairs and founded House That Jazz Built while married to stride pianist Cliff Jackson. She resumed her vocal career in the '70s, touring internationally with WGJB & SS Norway with Dick Hym
