Richard Maynard; American; (August 30, 1942 - January 2, 2007) was an American writer, television producer and educator. He was born on August 30, 1942, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and died on January 2, 2007, of natural causes at age 64 at his San Fernando Valley home in California. Maynard received his B.S. and M.A. in history and education from Temple University and another master's degree following studies at the University of Pennsylvania and Princeton University. Wikipedia
