Mar 30, 2023 · Simon submitted his resignation as chairman of the Witherell board, effective Wednesday afternoon. At a special meeting, Brad Markowitz was unanimously approved as the new chairman by the board.

Mar 29, 2023 · Richard Kaplan nominated Brad Markowitz. Nisha Hurst seconded the nomination. The board (7 of 8 members present) voted unanimously in favor of Mr. Markowitz. Mr. Simon said his resignation was effective at 5:00pm.
