Marcella Steingart received her M.F.A. from the Graduate Film Program at New York University’s Tiwch School of the Arts. While there she was awarded the Ang Lee Scholarship, and her thesis short film, Meta , went on to appear in over 40 film festivals.
While attending the graduate film program at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, Marcella Steingart was awarded the Ang Lee Scholarship. Her thesis film, Meta, went on to appear in over 40 film festivals. Steingart’s screenplay Larvae was a quarterfinalist for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Nicholl Fellowship.
