In a direct confrontation, a vampire could tear a human apart, limb by limb. But tearing humans apart is not their goal. A vampire’s goal is to drink the blood of humans.
The fact that Eric Streit is known for reality television shows (Gator Boys, for example) should tell us that this whole thing is complete bullshit. He's not even a very good actor. His buddy Marcel and his 25 generations of vampire hunting fam is absolutely hilarious.
