is the second studio album by American Hip hop duo and Boot Camp Clik members Heltah Skeltah. It was released on October 13, 1998 via Duck Down Records, Priority Records and EMI Records. It is the follow up from their 1996 debut Nocturnal. Recording sessions took place at D&D Studios in New York City from July 1997 to April 1998. Production was handled by Daz Dillinger, John "Smoke" Turner, Supreme, NOD, Punch, Grand Daddy I.U., Cuzin Bawb, Self, Moe Stewart, Mike Caren, Justin "JT" Trugman, Starang Wondah and Rock himself, with Buckshot, Dru-Ha and the duo themselves serving as executive producers. It includes guest appearances by Tha Dogg Pound, Method Man, Anthony Hamilton, Mike Stewart, Outlawz members: Young Noble, Napoleon and Storm, Magnum Force members: Thunderfoot, Ruste Juxx, Doc Holiday and Hardcore and their Boot Camp Clik brothers: Buckshot, Smif-n-Wessun, Illa Noyz, The Representativz and O.G.C. members: Starang Wondah and Louieville Sluggah.
The album peaked at #34 on the Billboard 200 and #8 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Magnum Force released the singles: "I Ain't Havin' That" and "Worldwide".
