On the morning of September 26th, 2003, he sat on his front lawn with Nana, feeding her biscuits Connie made. Upon noticing the Millers preparing to leave their home for the day, he called out to greet them, mentioning to Sarah that Connie had been asking about her, to which Sarah replied by offering to visit after school. Danny was an older man with shoulder length white hair and a thick white beard. He wore glasses and wore a blue Hawaiian shirt and denim shorts with gray socks and brown sandals.
Danny was a cheerful man, acting friendly towards his neighbors and offering them biscuits. He and his wife trusted the Millers enough to allow Sarah to visit the house on multiple occasions. He was also empathetic, caring for Nana in her elderly age. He also exhibited fear when Sarah found him turning in his house.
