A lmost 28 years ago, on September 23, 1992, under the leadership of AFLC pastor, Don Richman, East European Missions Network (EEMN) was incorporated in Minnesota as a non-profit missions organization seeking to rebuild and equip the Body of Christ in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
Don Richman (1931 — 8 November 1986) was an American sports executive. Richman initially worked in public relations and came up with the name of the Los Angeles Chargers in 1960. After the Seattle SuperSonics were formed, Richman was their general manager from 1967 to 1968.
In September 1992, Pastor Don Richman founded East European Missions Network (now named Spiritual Orphans Network) to help rebuild the Lutheran Church in Russia and former Soviet countries.

Dec 2, 2020 · In this week's chapter of our Holiday Season homage to Blaine County residents that 'give' or 'do' for those around us unceremoniously, we recognize Don Richman and Jack Siemens. Two community members that are the epitome of 'giving' and 'doing'.
Don Richman was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 17 of the Montana State Senate. Richman served three years in the Army, one of which was in Vietnam; he is a lifetime member of the VFW Post 4744 and the Disabled American Veterans.
