Reviewer: Aurora Mitchell. With krautrock synths and warbling vocals, Toronto based Austra are the more accessible answer to Zola Jesus. Where songs such as ‘Spellwork’ sound like glitter tinged doom, hit ‘Lose It’ feels more uplifting, though the lyrics say otherwise.
