Chaos;Head (stylized as ChäoS;HEAd) is a 2008 science fiction visual novel video game developed by 5pb. and Nitroplus. It is the first game in the Science Adventure series. Following the original Windows release, the enhanced version Chaos;Head Noah was released for Xbox 360 in 2009, and has since been ported to multiple platforms.

ChäoS;HEAd (カオスヘッド, Kaosu Heddo) is a Japanese visual novel developed by Mages (formerly known as 5pb. Inc.), Nitroplus and RED FLAGSHIP. Its enhanced version, ChäoS;HEAd NoAH, is the first entry in the Science Adventure Series, which spans several visual novels and other media entries.
Chaos;Head follows Takumi Nishijo, a high school student living in a cargo crate atop a building in Shibuya, Tokyo. One day, he is sent pictures over the internet, depicting a murder in an alley; he later witnesses a murder resembling the one in the pictures, and believes the killer to be a pink-haired girl he sees at the crime scene. About This Game. Takumi Nishijo is a second-year high school student on the verge of becoming a shut-in. "I have no interest in 3D." He lives surrounded by his beautiful girl figures in his room. He lives in Shibuya, where there has been a series of bizarre serial murders known as "New Generation Madness" (aka NewGen).
