In Season 2, a few of the episodes were animated by another studio (I think it was like episodes 1-6, 9), Studio Pierrot. This had a lot of people unhappy because there was a noticeable downgrade in art and animation quality. The former is shown in this thread.
Episodes 1-6 and 9 is done by studio Pierrot and 7-8 and 10-14 are done by Mir(most of the pics you have there)
Studio Pierrot did episodes 1-6 and 9 of Book 2. And they used up aaaaall their effort on the first. That first dark spirit fight is pretty great. It didn't help that they were stuck animating the worst-written episodes (3-6) of the entire franchise.

Then episode 9 (which was Pierrot's last episode) was a pretty good one. It saw a few nice scenes with Unalaq trying to unlock the northers spirit portal and the return of the unknown animator that collaborated with sato on the water sequences in episode 5 who animated Korra cleansing the dark spirit bats very well.
