Brian Horace Clemens OBE (30 July 1931 – 10 January 2015) was an English screenwriter and television producer. He worked on the British TV series The Avengers and created The New Avengers and The Professionals.
Brian Clemens (1931-2015) was a British writer and producer who created and wrote for many TV shows, especially The Avengers. He also wrote for the stage, films, and podcasts, and received the OBE for his services to drama.

Clemens is best remembered for his work on British television in the 1960s and 1970s, especially on Danger Man (1960), The Avengers (1961) (for which he wrote many episodes, including the pilot in 1961), The Baron (1966), The Persuaders! (1971) and creating The Professionals (1977).
