Charles Woodrow Shows (15 May 1912 - 27 October 2001) was an American television writer. Born in Forrest County, Mississippi, he wrote for Hanna-Barbera cartoons in the 1950s and 1960s. He was the grandfather of actor Anthony Robbins.
Charles Shows was a writer and composer, known for Time for Beany (1949), Bozo: The World's Most Famous Clown (1958) and The Adventures of Patches (1951). He died on 27 October 2001 in Cathedral City, California, USA.
