Frida Bargo har arbetat med film sedan 2004, som producent sedan 2011 då hon började på produktionsbolaget B-Reel. Bargos första producentuppdrag var novellfilmen Nyheter i skärgården (2006), skriven och regisserad av hennes bror Johan Jonason.
