Feb 10, 2007 · Kathy is a combination of folk, bluegrass and rhythm asnd blues. Another voice si differrent from other female artists which makes me enjoy the ladies of country much more than the men. Her writing is also a strength to her music and she wears her heart on her sleeve when doing her composing. I have not found a Kathy Mattea album I haven't enjoyed.
