    MEDC Corporation Board meets annually to evaluate the MEDC’s performance via standards set by the Executive Committee, and may review Executive Committee acts if necessary. Representatives are appointed by the 59 MEDC interlocal partners and by the governor and include the MEDC Executive Committee. Members serve at the pleasure of the governor.
