After returning from Suvarov and learning the existence of a missing Galbank ship called the Legacy, Delgado will seek to gain access to Galbank's archives to find the last known position of the ship - which means you'll need to get the credentials from a VIP aboard a Starliner Cruise known as the Siren of the Stars. Thanks to Naeva, you'll have a man on the inside who should be able to help you get what you need -- for a price.

If all goes well, you shouldn't need to fire a single shot (unless you truly revel in such carnage), so for now you should prepare by selling any excess cargo on the Key. There's a lot of opportunity for stealing and persuasion, so it's not a bad idea to get some Digipicks and Chems that increase your persuasion before heading out.

You can find the Siren of the Stars orbiting the planet Aranae IV in the Aranae System that's to the right of Alpha Centauri (and sharing a spot with the Olympus System). Note that the UC Vigilance Ship will take up orbit nearby around Aranae III for when your mission with the Fleet is done.

When you board the Siren of the Stars, you'll enter into the cargo area unnoticed by the luxury socialites on the decks above, and the ship's crooked Commanding Officer, Captain Evgeny Rokov will be waiting for you.

There's also a small supply room to the side that holds a few mannequins decked in space suits if you want to begin stealing everything not nailed down.

Rokov is not in the best of moods, as it turns out he flubbed his chance to get in with the Crimson Fleet, and has been looking for a way back for some time. Rokov was deep in the planning to steal the Earth Savior Award during a Terran Preservation Society charity gala with Naeva before you and Delgado upended his plans.

Before you go, Rokov will clue you in on how to approach Dumbrosky to get what you want - mingle with the other socialite guests in the ballroom to get some dirt on the Galbank VIP, and use it to blackmail him into giving you his credentials. He'll also relocate to the ballroom should you need to ask him for more advice later.

As you leave the cargo area and head up one floor to the Crew Quarters, you'll find two ways to reach the Starview Ballroom - one is through the back rooms and through the kitchen, and the other will take you past the ship's control room up to the passenger deck and main lobby for the starliner.

The crew will ignore you for the most part, and if you're sneaky there's plenty of random things to steal around here. You can check out each of the crew compartments, starting with the first one on the right that has a table with Deck Officer Galata's Slate.

If you take the stairs up from the control room to the main lobby, you'll find yourself in a very lavish area full of expensive decorations along every wall - and it's not a bad idea to pilfer some loot to sell if no one is watching.

Aside from the stairs leading to the Starview Ballroom, take note of the VIP Suites in this area, with two rooms on the first floor, and three on the second floor:

    •Suite 01 - Klaudia Swist

If you still plan on stealing the lucrative award for Naeva, you'll need to find out where they are keeping the award. If you've promised to cut Rokov in on the deal (or if you kept silent on your plan and instead chat up the patrons), you'll be pointed toward Sheila Holbrooke, who is in charge of the ceremony, and usually walks around the top leve...

Back in the Siren of the Stars Guest Suite area, head back down to the lower floor and seek out Klaudia Swist, and mention you know about the affair. She's willing to hear you out on keeping things quiet, giving you two options: Persuade her from some real dirt on Dumbrosky, or pay her 2,500 credits to help you blackmail him.

As it turns out, she doesn't really like Dumbrosky any more than you do, and was planning on conning him alone, so lean into the fact that he's trash in your persuasion (and mentioning the Crimson Fleet is after him also usually works), or be prepared to cough up some dough.

Whichever choice you make, Klaudia will clue you in a scheme between her, Larry, and a UC Security Official named Gabriel Vega (who is also on the ship), and how they created fake Galbank transactions allowing them to pocket the change -- until Klaudia found out Larry was altering the records to put himself on top.

While she doesn't have any evidence of the deals herself, she'll suggest talking to Vega, and using her name if he doesn't want to talk.

While you're back in the lobby, you can take a small detour back to the Purser's Office. Speak to Chief Murata and ask to see the trophy, and you'll be told that only the person with the Claim ID can access the vault for that specific item. Even the Purser herself only has a key to her terminal, which won't unlock the door to the safe. You'll need to find another way to get the Claim ID directly from Sheila Holbrooke.

Unfortunately, you'll find that Gabriel Vega is not as easily swayed as Klaudia, and will be unmoved by your pleas, coercion, and threats, and will make it clear that any words of accusation are against that of a UC Security official. With no other options, you'll need to reconvene with Rokov.

He should still be lounging around nearby, and Rokov will realize Vega is not one to talk blackmail out in the open -- so you'll need a way to get him alone. Luckily, there's nothing like a shipwide emergency to send every passenger back to the isolation of their own cabin.

Rokov will send you to the Engineering Bay located off to the side of the Ballroom, and tell you to work with Chief Engineer Sandin to gain access to the Life Support systems, and even give you a tip to win his favor.

Before you go off and sound the ship's emergency alarms, you may as well stop by Sheila Holbrooke one more time. Now that you know she has the only ID Claim to get to the award, you can ask she give it to you. Unfortunately you don't have much to go on other than a tough persuasion challenge - and if that fails, you'll be forced to cut Rokov in on ...

Take the door to the side of the ballroom and into the Engineering Deck area. Keep an eye out for things to loot while you're down here: A door to the right as you enter the decks leads to some spacesuit helmets in display cases.

The next room has a single staff member on deck, and behind him is a Novice-locked door leading to a room with a helmet, pack, and Va'ruun Heretic Writing contraband on a table, and a Contraband Chest hidden behind some rows of in the back with a ton more contraband to loot (just remember to sell it at The Key before advancing to New Atlantis later!).

Down the other hall you'll find Chief Engineer Sandin, who seems reluctant to let you into the Life Support systems. You could pay him 1,000 credits to look the other way, but unless you're dead set on being a goody goody UC SysDef operative, you might as well pass along Rokov's message.

Once Sandin give you his key and leaves, access the terminal to open up the Life Support Systems in the room beyond, and pull all three levers. The redundant features will bring the life support system back online instantly, but the alarm will still sound, forcing all passengers back into their quarters.

With the shipwide emergency blaring, head back to the Starlight Ballroom to find the place completely abandoned - and I mean completely. This is a good time to help yourself to every single expensive bottle of wine, exotic decor, and anything else you want to freely pilfer.

Be sure to also check out the storeroom behind the bar at the top balcony level, as it has crates of exotic liquors worth a ton of money, and an Expert-locked safe to pick as well as the other expensive items you can freely loot without fear of being caught.

All the ship's security have been moved into the Guest Suites area, and will patrol the halls, but they also won't look to closely into each person's cabin. Even better, the emergency has unlocked the other four cabins, meaning you no longer have to pick the expert locks.

Start by heading into Gabriel Vega's Suite 02 on the first floor, and speak to him again about the blackmailing. You now have the option to pull your weight with a Crimson Fleet or UC SysDef choice, or simply demanding for info on Dumbrosky. Either way, you'll need to name drop Klaudia, and Dumbrosky's scheme to cut her and Vega out of the profits.

While you're in Vega's room, be sure to loot and steal his various weapons and ammo, the suit of UC armor in the bedroom, and use Engineer Sandin's Key on the supply closets in this (and every) suite to find some free digipicks and money -- as well as the safe in every cabin's bedroom.

Now with all the evidence gathered, it's time to confront Larry Dumbrosky. He's got a lot of big words to intimidate you, but since you hold all the cards, you can infer you're ready to kill if he doesn't co-operate. He'll be more than willing to offer you the credentials you seek in exchange for not being killed, as he plans a disappearing act after you're done here. If you have the Cyber Runner trait, you can also imply some spreading of incriminating evidence across the net unless he pays you over 3,000 extra credits for the trouble. He'll take the Transactions Log in exchange for your silence, but you'll still keep the Evidence slate for UC Sysdef.
