Caroline Denise "Caro" Newling OBE (born 12 April 1957) is an English theatre producer and currently vice-president of the Society of London Theatre. Newling established the Donmar Warehouse with director Sam Mendes in 1992 and ran the London venue for ten years.
Caro oversees the development and production of Neal Street Productions’ theatre slate. She and Mendes together established and ran the Donmar Warehouse 1992 – 2002, producing over 70 productions with multiple transfers to the West End and Broadway.
Neal Street Productions is a British film, television and theatre production company founded by Sam Mendes, Pippa Harris and Caro Newling in 2003.
