Nobuhiro Mouri (毛利 亘宏, Mōri Nobuhiro) is a Japanese writer who served as secondary writer for many entries in the Kamen Rider Series. Mouri originally wanted to be a novelist, but joined theater in high school and formed Shounenshachu, a troupe of actors in which he writes and directs.
