Kōzō Morishita (森下 孝三) is a Japanese anime producer, series planner, and the executive vice president of Toei Animation.
Kōzō Morishita began working on Saint Seiya. After the first 73 episodes of Saint Seiya, he worked on the Dragon Ball franchise: Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball Kai.

Over the years, he's been involved in a number of series including the Dragon Ball franchise as a producer and planner, Cutie Honey , UFO Robo Grendizer , Mushrambo , Armored Fleet Dairugger XV , and Saint Seiya .
