Dolores Hope, DC*SG (née DeFina; May 27, 1909 – September 19, 2011) was an American singer, entertainer, philanthropist, and wife of American actor and comedian Bob Hope.

Sep 20, 2011 · Born Dolores DeFina in 1909, she was a singer in the 1930s. In 1934, she met and married Bob Hope. In the numerous articles and interviews that Bob Hope did for The Saturday Evening Post, he often mentioned Dolores and spoke with pride about their long, happy marriage.
