Christine Edzard (born 15 February 1945) is a film director, writer, and costume designer, nominated for BAFTA and Oscar awards for her screenwriting. She has been based in London for most of her career.
Christine Edzard is a French-born filmmaker who has written and directed adaptations of classic literature, such as Little Dorrit, The Nutcracker and The Tales of Beatrix Potter. She is also a co-founder of Sands Films, a studio that provides costumes and sets for period dramas.
