Bruno Bianchi is a French cartoonist, writer, character designer, director, and co-creator for the Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats television series and the director for its 1986 film adaptation, Heathcliff: The Movie. He also co-created Inspector Gadget along with Jean Chalopin.
