Oct 24, 2023 · Calvin Kelly. A man was shot and later died on Tuesday in the city's Penrose neighborhood. Calvin Kelly, 20, was shot in the head just after 3 p.m. in the 4200 block of Shreve Avenue, police said. He was taken to a hospital but died about five hours later. Police said Kelly lived on Shreve Avenue just a few blocks from where he was found.
