Kati Morton (born October 13, 1983 (1983-10-13) [age 40]) is an American YouTuber and licensed therapist who is known for talking about psychology

Kati's first video was her channel trailer, where she said that she made her channel to help share information and education about eating disorders, and to use social media as a means to reach out to several people. Her next videos were of her explaining various different eating disorders, as well as talking about how to schedule your first therapy appointment. Kati would then make videos about how to deal with toxic people and taking responsibility for your actions. Her videos also encourage self reflection and self improvement.

She started making videos about mental health, suicidal thoughts and self harm. A lot of Kati's videos revolve around narcissistic parents, narcissistic abuse, and the effects of trauma. The subreddit r/raisedbynarcissists encouraged and shared her videos, and this caused her to get a boost in popularity. Her collaboration with Shane Dawson called "The Mind of Shane Dawson" also boosted her popularity.

Kati's most viewed videos are the ones where she talks about mental illnesses and their symptoms, such as depression, and their sub-conditions such as dysthymia. Her video on Borderline Personality Disorder was also praised for her not demonizing people with the condition, unlike most people. She is also vocal about emotional abuse and manipulation in relationships. She advises her audience to remember that narcissists come in all shapes and forms and use different tactics of emotional blackmail. She also acknowledges that some therapists are terrible and patients should know their rights.

Her videos also extend to disturbing content such as incest, emotional incest and sexual predators who groom young children. She encourages being open to your therapist about your most vulnerable experiences, even if it makes them cry, and talks about the different forms of therapy. She reacts to the questions her fans send her as well.

Kati was born in Washington state, but moved to Santa Monica, California. She has a degree in psychology and married her husband Sean Saint-Louis in 2013.

•She has written two books, "Traumatized: Identify, Understand, and Cope with PTSD and Emotional Stress" and "Are U OK? A Guide to Caring for Your Mental Health".
