Robert Ignacy Gliński (born 17 April 1952 in Warsaw) is a Polish film director and screenwriter. A graduate of the National Film School in Łódź. He won the Golden Lions at the Gdynia Film Festival in 1992 with his film Wszystko, co najważniejsze and in 2001 with Cześć, Tereska.

From autumn 2005, he was the artistic manager of the Indeks Film Studio at the National Film, Television and Theatre School (PWSFTviT) in Łódź.
