Ric Ocasek's 1997 album Troublizing features a heavy amount of Billy's production, performances, and 1 song written by him (Asia Minor). This is possibly my favorite of Billy's extracurricular work, aside from the New Order and Natalie Imbruglia collaborations already mentioned.
